Conditions for cancellation by the tenant

Any cancellation must be reported to "Lou Viei Pous" in writing or by e-mail.

"Lou Viei Pous" charges the following amounts, depending on the date of cancellation by the tenant:
- cancellation until the 60th day before the start of the rental period:   
   the full deposit (= 30% of rent).
- cancellation between the 59th and the 15th day before the start of the rental period:
   70% of the rent (= including the deposit).
- cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the rental period:
   the full rent (= including the deposit).

If the tenant moves into the guestroom or holiday flat after the start of the rental period or leaves before the end of the rental period, there will be no financial compensation.
